VA Beach Convention Center Shuttle Service

The two routes are: Doubletree and Oceanfront – which includes the following hotels: Holiday Inn Oceanside (21st St), Courtyard South (25th St), Hyatt House (27th St) and Courtyard North (37th St).

The stops will be noted by Pavement Markers with your Logo and our logo on Atlantic Ave, close to where the main entrance is as best as possible. The coaches will come to a stop, and wait a few moments for people but as a general rule, it is better to be at the curb to wait for the shuttles as the coaches can only stop for a short time. We aim for approx. 10 mins between shuttles but in the morning they will likely be a bit closer together to get people to the convention center for first activities there.

During the day, they will run a ‘bump and run’ where there will always be a coach at the convention center and two on the route; and the Doubletree coach will stage at the Doubletree unless needed at the convention center (we will call it back to the VBCC as needed).

We will be in Box Office B2 across from the Glass Doors for Hall B which is where the coaches will load and unload. We actively manage the shuttles during the whole operation. Lynn Huneycutt and I will be there in the mornings except for Thursday when Eric Logan will be the morning person. Eric will be there to close things out each evening except Thursday when you end at 4 pm.
